Client Requirement: The client needed a promotional video to highlight the benefits and risks of investing in multifamily properties. The video was to be created in a full black doodle style, with no colour, but still needed to be visually appealing and engaging. The deadline for this project was exceptionally tight, requiring delivery within 8 hours.

To meet the client's specifications and the tight deadline, I:

• Conceptualized and storyboarded the video quickly, ensuring all key points about multifamily investment and its risks were covered.
• Utilized advanced doodle animation techniques to create an attractive and eye-catching black-and-white video.
• Focused on dynamic movements and transitions to maintain viewer interest and engagement.
